Recommended Air Bag Helper Springs For a 2021 Ford F-250 4WD With Demco UMS Rail System

Do you have a set of air bags that you recommend that will work with the Demco UMS rail system and the Hijacker sliding 5th wheel hitch on my 2022 Ford F-250 4 wheel drive and a 6.5' bed?

I recommend the Air Lift LoadLifter 5000 Ultimate Air Springs # AL35FJ for your 2022 Ford F-250 Super Duty. These bags are confirmed to fit your F-250 with the 6-1/2' bed and 4 wheel drive powertrain. These are my favorite air bags as they have the integrated jounce spring inside the bag. This jounce spring helps to absorb bounce and will provide additional stability when you are driving around corners.
The air bag mounting brackets will not interfere with the Underbed Rail and Installation Kit for Demco Hijacker UMS # DM8551009 or the Demco Hijacker Autoslide 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch # DM8550022.
I recommend the Air Lift WirelessAIR Compressor System # AL58WQ to control the air pressure in your air bags. This system allows you to control the air bags individually from your smart phone via the Air Lift app. So you will not have to route air lines into your cab or worry about a separate remote and the batteries needed to run them. The smart manifold will monitor the air pressure while you drive and maintain the air pressure to within 3 psi or your setting, which allows you to keep your eyes on the road.
