Will OEM Brake Controller on 2020 Chevy Silverado Work with Electric Over Hydraulic Trailer Brakes
Question:
Will part # HS381-9067. work with the factory controller and 7 way plug on my 2020 Chevy Silverado 2500HD? or do I need to add the Control adapter module CAM

According to the folks at HydraStar, the ITBC or OEM brake controller on your 2020 Silverado 2500 isn't compatible with electric over hydraulic braking systems, unless the # HBA-CAM adapter module is used.
Once the adapter is used along with the # HS381-9067, everything will work great for you.
