Replacement Roof Vent for 1999 Newman London Wire

I need to replace model 6500 built around April 1998 Will the fv807357 be a viable replacement. The motor home is a 1999 Newman London Wire 40 foot.

The # FV807357 is an upgrade kit designed to upgrade a manual lift Fan-Tastic Vent to a motorized setup. For a complete replacement I recommend the Fan-Tastic Vent Roof Vent w/ 12V Fan and Remote # FV807350.
This vent features a variable-speed fan and powered lift. The rain sensor will signal the dome to close and shut the fan off when wet and resume when dry. It uses a powered arm to open and close so no hand cranking is needed. If you would rather have the manual lift the # FV802250 is also available.
