Can you please tell me what brake kit I would need for a Dexter axle B21-5658 SN 129958968 3500 lbs capacity ?

For a Dexter 3,500 lb axle the correct brake kit you'd need is the part # 23-468-469. This is a set of self-adjusting assemblies for both sides of the axle.
