Does It Matter Which Regulation Elements Are Removed On The K78 Snow Tire Chains On 275/55-20 Tires

For my application instructions call out removing 3 regulation elements. Does it matter which 3? There are 5 total.

My recommendation would be to remove the three yellow regulation elements of the Konig Premium Self-Tensioning Snow Tire Chains - Diamond Pattern - D Link - K-Summit XXL - Size K78, part # KON84FR, as evenly as possible.
