Front mounted bike racks for travel trailers have a very limited weight capacity so you wouldn't be able to load your e-bikes on the front. Instead you'll have to use a trailer hitch receiver mounted bike rack that is rated for use on travel trailers and has a high enough per bike capacity to handle the weight of your 53lb e-bikes.
For this I recommend the Lets Go Aero V-Lectric FAT PRO Bike Rack for 2 Electric Bikes # LGA77FR. This bike rack has a per bike weight capacity of 75lbs to easily haul your e-bikes. Unlike most other bike racks, this rack is rated for use on cars, vans, SUV's, trucks, travel trailers, 5th wheels, motorhomes, and flat-towed vehicles.
The V-shaped, wheel-mount design ensures level transport of most bikes, regardless of size and frame style. The support arms hold the bikes by the wheels and prevent frame or fork contact while the cushioned pads prevent scratches from bike-to-rack contact.
Overall this is one of the most versatile bike racks we carry.
If your 2016 Prime Time LaCrosse Travel Trailer does not have a trailer hitch receiver then you'll need to install an adjustable trailer hitch receiver like the # 13703. This hitch adjusts to fit trailer frame widths from 22" up to 72". If you have a larger frame distance than 72" then let me know and I can find the correct hitch for your application.
