I have a Curt 16K sliding hitch on my 2006 Dodge Ram quad cab diesel 2500 truck. I need a 24k hitch now. Can I use the same rails?

Yes, if the rails fit your current Curt A16 # C16521 or E16 # 16516 fifth wheel hitch then they will be compatible with the Curt Q24 # C16546 sliding fifth wheel hitch.
