What 4-Bike Hitch Rack do You Recommend for My 2013 Honda Odyssey?

Question:

Hi! I have one electric 45lb bike, two bikes coming in at 32lbs and another at 30. All adult bikes. What bike rack do you recommend? I have a 2” receiver hitch on a 2013 Odyssey. Thank you!

For transporting four bikes on your 2013 Honda Odyssey, I recommend the Saris Freedom Bike Rack for 4 Bikes - 2" Hitches - Frame Mount # SA4414B. This bike rack is a great choice for a few reasons. First off, as long as you mount the E-bike in either of the first two positions closest to the vehicle, you have the required weight capacity you need. Also, since the cradles on the Freedom adjust independently along the central mast, you will be able to attach your bikes by the frame without a bike frame adapter bar like the # 64005. Thirdly, since the Freedom has a shank that measures 10 inches from the center of the hitch pinhole to the closest part of the rack, you won't have any bumper clearance issues as long as you are using a similar hitch to the Curt Hitch - 2" # C13068. It is important to note that the Freedom accommodates a maximum wheelbase of 48 inches long.

If you have bikes that are 3-5 inches wide, I recommend the Fat Tire Adapter Kit for Saris Freedom Bike Racks # SA4419 for each fat-tire bike. Also, for extra theft deterrence measures, I recommend the Hitch Tite Anti-Rattle Hitch Lock # SA3022 and the Saris Locking Cable # SA981 to protect both the rack and bikes.

To give you perspective, I went ahead and attached a review video of the Saris Freedom 4 installed on a 2013 Odyssey.
