When the Thule Hull-A-Port TH835PRO is Folded How High Above the Cross Bars will it Sit

Question:

When in folded Down Position - How much height does this add to the crossover bars? I have a Nissan Pathfinder which has 6inch clearance to the top of the garage door opening and I want to leave these on and park the SUV in the garage.

I spoke to my contact at Thule and he said that when the Thule Hull-A-Port Pro Folding J-Style Rooftop Kayak Carrier # TH834 is folded down it will sit 4-5 inches above the cross bars of your Nissan Pathfinder.
