In order to flat-tow your 2013 Jeep Rubicon 10th Anniversary Edition on your Forest River 2250LE, you need a base plate, a tow bar, a tow braking system, safety cables, and vehicle tow wiring. I recommend the following setup:

- Blue Ox Base Plate Kit - Removable Arms # BX1134
- Blue Ox Avail Non-Binding Tow Bar - Motorhome Mount - 2" Hitch # BX7420 (comes with safety cables)
- Demco SBS Stay-IN-Play DUO Supplemental Braking System # SM99251
- Roadmaster 4-Diode Universal Wiring Kit for Towed Vehicles # RM-152-1676-7

The great thing about the Blue Ox plate kit is that is simply installs into your Wrangler's chassis with a straightforward installation. It comes with all required hardware. As far as the Blue Ox Acclaim, it allows for you to easily release your vehicle even in uneven ground and simply slides into the RV's hitch receiver without the need of a ball mount. Also, the Avail's arms are also longer than the arms on the average tow bar for an increased turning radius. For a cherry on top, it also comes with safety cables. In addition, you will also receive the proportional action of the SBS Stay-IN-Play which applies the Wrangler's brakes at the same level that you apply the brakes to your RV. With the diode kit, this will allow you to connect your RV's tail, brake, and turn signal lights to your Wrangler's lighting system.

This setup will give you everything you need in order to flat-tow your 2013 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon Anniversary Edition with your factory plastic bumper. If you need any assistance installing any of these parts, I went ahead and linked videos that walk you through the process.
