For installing the Air Lift LoadLifter 7500 XL Air Helper Springs # AL55FJ on your 2020 Ford F-250 4X4 that is lifted they do make spacers. The spacers are available in different heights that you will need to confirm which is correct for your 3.5" Carli backcountry suspension kit.

2" Air Lift Universal Air Spring Spacers # AL52420
4" Air Lift Universal Air Spring Spacers # AL52440
6" Air Lift Universal Air Spring Spacers # AL52460

On your 3.5" Carli backcountry suspension kit the 3.5" is in reference to the front lift. Depending on the options included with your lift the rear suspension will either have zero lift which will not require a spacer or a lift of 2" which would require the 2" Air Lift Universal Air Spring Spacers # AL52420.
