Will 2 Tour Easy Recumbent Bikes Fit on the Swagman XC-Extended Trailer Hitch Mount Bike Rack

Will this platform carrier handle 2 recumbents Tour Easys. They have rather wide seats. Is there a way to lock them?

If your 2 Tour Easy recumbent bikes have wheel bases of 68 inches or less then you can put them both on the Swagman XC-Extended rack, # S64650-EXT. The bikes would be alternating directions so the wider seats should not be an issue, especially if the seats are not as wide as the pedals would be. I have included a link to a video review for you.
To lock them use a cable lock like # e98891.
