Does Hollywood RV Rider part # HLY64FR Require Wheel Adapter So they Don't Fall Through

Hey on the Hollywood RV Rider with a 20” fat tire bike. Do I need something to keep the tire from sliding too far down in the tire frame on the rack?

The Hollywood RV Rider part # HLY64FR does have pretty large wheel hoops but it does not require any type of adapter for the wheels so that they don't fall through.
