I have a great bike rack option that will work with your fenders on your Y Model Electric Bike Co bike. We here at etrailer do not recommend using wheel-mounted style bike racks like the Saris MTR 1 Bike Platform Rack - 1-1/4" and 2" Hitches SA4031 with bikes with fenders. This is because the bike can shift on the rack during transport and cause damage/cracking to the fenders. It can also cause damage/interfere if you have a basket/platform mounted on your bike model.

According to the specs I have available on the Y Model, it weighs 58 pounds. While we do not have a 1-bike option with the weight capacity you need, I recommend the Saris Freedom Bike Rack for 2 Bikes - 1-1/4" and 2" Hitches # SA4412B or the # SA4412B-FB (if you have fat-tires that measure up to 5 inches wide). Since the Freedom is a frame-mounted attachment style, it will avoid the potential of damage to the fenders. Also, since the clamps independently adjust along the central mast, you do not need a bike frame adapter bar like the # 64005 in order to mount a step-thru frame style/women's style bike.

If you need a hitch receiver to mount the rack on your 2015 Hyundai Santa Fe, I recommend the Curt - 2" # C13153 (if you have a GLS or Limited model) or the etrailer - 2" # e98841 (if you have a sport model). Since both of these hitches are 2-inch hitches, not only will they be able to accommodate the Saris Freedom, but they will provide you with more tongue weight capacity and compatibility with more accessories than a 1-1/4" option. You will not have any bumper clearance issues when using the Freedom with these hitches.
