Do Powered Awning Arms Require Additional Support Beyond Manual Awnings

I want to replace old manual awning, just wanted to know how hard to replace the arms. Do they need extra support compared to the manual one I have now??

Powered awning arms like the Lippert Power Awning Conversion kit part # LC434724 that you referenced do not require additional support beyond a manual awning. They basically install the exact same.
