A great option is the TremPro 644 Silicone Sealant # 0160297. This sealant does a great job holding up to temperature changes without shrinking, drying out or cracking. This silicone is white but can be painted to match your trailer. Additionally, this sealant will work great with various materials, such as, metal, wood and plastic.
