Could 110 Wall Outlet be Installed in Trailer to 7-Way Trailer Wiring

Since the 7-way has a 12 volt accessory circuit what you'd need is an inverter like the part # WC3720 ran to the 12 volt circuit of the 7-way and the ground circuit and you'd have a 110 outlet you could use in your trailer.
