Recommended Trailer Brake Controller For a 2019 Ram 1500 Laramie For Pulling a Travel Trailer

Attached is a photo of my trailers harness. The 2019 6cyl RAM 1500 Laramie truck has both 4 and 7 outlets. Would I need anything else to plug-and-play?

The trailer connector in your photo will fit the 7-way blade connector that you have on your 2019 Ram 1500 Laramie.
You will likely need a brake controller to be able to safely pull the trailer. I recommend the Tekonsha Prodigy P3 Trailer Brake Controller # 90195 as it is a proportional controller that will automatically adjust braking force that is sent to the trailer. It also has a customizable LCD screen that is easy to read and helps diagnose any trailer braking issues should they occur. You will need the Tekonsha Plug-In Wiring Adapter 3024-P to make the brake controller a plug and play installation.
