The Yakima OnRamp Bike Rack for 2 Electric Bikes # Y96FR you were looking at does have a 66lb weight capacity and comes with a ramp but drops down to 40lbs per bike when used off-road. The padded clamps with ratcheting straps hold bikes securely by the frame or seat post. The cradles slide up and down and rotate to fit almost any bike. The Yakima OnRamp also only fits Class 2, 1-1/4" receivers and only Class 1, 1-1/4" receivers seem to be available for your Mazda, so this wouldn't be a compatible option.

If you do plan on off-roading or using this on an RV then I recommend the Hollywood Racks Sport Rider SE # HLY84FR. This rack has a per bike weight capacity of 80lbs and doesn't have the same restrictions for off-roading and is also rated for use on motorhomes. This rack doesn't have a ramp, though.

I've attached some videos below that will offer you some additional information and show you these racks in use.
