Tire Chains for a 2016 Porsche Cayenne w/ 265/50 R19 Tires

Question:

I have a 2016 Cayenne with 265/50 R19s. Description of the PWE2229SC chains says 14-18 inch wheels but it also says it will fit my vehicle, and the table of tire sizes down in the description includes my 19inch wheels. Not sure if these are the right chains for my vehicle or if I should consider other models or sizes. I expect only occasional usage if I happen to be in snow on I-70 in CO. Can you please offer guidance? Thank you.
