Furrion Fireplace Throwing 88 Error Code After Inlet/Outlet Is Cleaned

Ok Ive cleaned the inlets and outlets unplugged for 30 minutes to rest the unit fan comes on for a couple of seconds and then starts flashing the 88 again. Any suggestion?

Cleaning the inlet and outlets on your Furrion RV Electric Fireplace # F30SW15ABL may not permanently solve your issue if the airflow in your trailer is not adequate.

Having inadequate airflow in your trailer will cause your fireplace to continually throw the 88 code no matter how many times you clean the inlets and outlets.

I suggest you look around for other places where airflow is blocked and see if there are some places you can increase your airflow.

Additionally, if you use this fireplace solely to heat up your trailer, it may also be causing the 88 code to trigger due to overheating from the fireplace working overtime.
