Will the Ultra-Fab 2" Motor Home Trailer Hitch Receiver Work for Motorhome Tire Carrier
Question:
Has anyone tried this for mounting a spare tire holder for a Class C Motorhome? Want to know if it will support the weight of a motorhome spare tire?

Expert Reply:
The Ultra-Fab 2" Motor Home Trailer Hitch Receiver for 4" x 4" Bumpers part # UF35-946401 has a 200 lb weight capacity so as long as the weight of the spare tire carrier and spare wheel/tire do not exceed this you will be good. That said, you also need to take the bumper's weight capacity into consideration and abide by the lowest rated component. There isn't any reason you couldn't use this for a motorhome wheel/tire so long as you be mindful of your capacity.
