i have a customer with a draw tite i stop iq brake controller that shows s h all the time. I have checked all my wiring and found no problems. is the controller bad ?

S.H on the Draw-Tite I-Stop IQ means there is a short somewhere in the wiring. Knowing the quality of this controller and you stating that you already checked the wiring my opinion is that the controller itself is the problem.
