Could RockyMounts MonoRail Clear Rear Spare of 2015 Jeep Sahara
Question:
I have a tailgate mounted spare tire. Will I be able to easily load the bikes without making contact with the spare tire. In other words does the 2inch tube extend far enough past the spare so there is no conflict between spare and ebike?

Most likely yes as the RockyMounts MonoRail Bike Rack # RKY10004 has a solid amount of spare wheel/tire clearance but you'll need to take one simple measurement. Measure from the center of your hitch pin out 11 inches. If that distance is greater than distance from pin hole to outer edge of spare wheel this will easily fit and clear.
In general we have found that unless the Jeep has an off road tire that is extra wide 11 inches is easily plenty of clearance.
