Lift Kit that Can be Used on Trailer with 5,200 lb Trailer Axle
Question:
Can a Axle be lifted and how much and what sizes the Utility Axles comes and what capacities? Is the 5200 lb Axles a 4? and what is the Best Axle in the market for Utility trailers?

A 5,200 lb axle would have a 3 inch diameter which for that you could use the Over Under kit part # K71-385-00 to give you a lift of 3 inches plus the thickness of your leaf spring pack. You wouldn't want to go with a much larger lift than that as it might throw off the geometry of the suspension.
Standard leaf spring axles are great options. At a 5,200 lb axle capacity that would be what I would go with.
