Recommended Weight Distribution System for 3500 lb Trailer Pulled by 2020 Toyota RAV4

Question:

Need weight distribution w sway control for a 2000 to 3500 lb trailer. I am getting a trailer that when in use with have 2000 to 3500 lbs so tongue weight should be 200 - 350 lbs. Towing behind a 2020 toyota Rav4 Adventure. With a curt hitch I bought from you guys. one that allows backing up is preferred. Thanks
