What Weight Distribution Hitch with Sway Control do You Recommend for Hauling a 11,300 Trailer?

Question:

I have researched quite a bit different styles of WD hitches abs would like a follow up opinion from the experts. I have a 2019 Chevrolet 2500HD crew cab long bed pulling a 37foot TT with a listed TW of 1,044 lbs. Gross weight of trailer is 11,300 lbs. I would like excellent sway control almost more than the weight distribution. Any opinion would be welcome. Thanks

For a great weight distribution system for towing your trailer with your 2019 Chevy Silverado 2500 HD, I recommend the Blue Ox TrackPro Weight Distribution w/ Sway Control - 7-Hole Shank - 13K GTW, 1.3K TW # BLU27FR. Not only will the TrackPro provide you with 13,000 pounds of gross towing weight and 1,300 pounds of tongue weight capacity, it also comes with sway control that limits side-to-side movement of your travel trailer.

If you experience any sagging or rough traveling with your 11,300 trailer, I also recommend the Firestone Ride-Rite Air Helper Springs - Double Convoluted # F2613. The Ride-Rite springs will provide you with better steering control and braking. As far as compatibility, the Ride-Rites fit 2-wheel and 4-wheel drive 2500s. If you want even more customization with the springs, I recommend the Firestone Air Command II - Analog Gauge w/ Heavy Duty Compressor - Dual Function # F2219. The Air Command II is a dual-path system which allows you to inflate the air bags independently for greater control of the firmness of the air bags.
