I may have what you need but it is important to note that the mounting hardware is going to be specific to both your truck and the nerf bars themselves.
For your 1995 Ford F-150 with regular cab we show the Aries Round Nerf Bars # AA203001-2 ( # AA203001 for black) as the only 3" Aries Nerf bars for your truck. These nerf bars will use the Replacement Installation Hardware Kit # AA36DQ. The # AA36DQ will fit the # AA203001 and # AA203001-2 nerf bars and your truck. If these are not the same nerf bars that you have then this mounting kit will not work for you.
If these are not the nerf bars you have and you can provide me with the model of Aries nerf bars you do have, I can help look further into the correct mounting brackets. If these nerf bars came off of a different vehicle it is unlikely that they will work for your truck without fabrication unless they came off of a Ford F-150 regular cab of a similar year.
