Why Cant Auto-Slide 5th Wheel Hitch Be Used with B&W Turnoverball to Rail Adapter

I see you say this will work with a manual slider but not with an auto slide, why not if it will work on one why not both that makes bo since. Can you explain why it will not work with a auto slider thanks
