From the looks of your attached photo (thanks so much!), you have the Blue Ox Base Plate Kit # BO74FR. You will be able to get replacement tab inserts for this with part # BLU57XR. However, due to the rust/corrosion, I recommend replacing the entire base plate.

In addition to the base plate and tabs, you need a tow bar, a tow braking system, safety cables, and vehicle tow wiring. For those components, I recommend the following setup:

- Blue Ox Avail Non-Binding Tow Bar - Motorhome Mount - 2" Hitch # BX7420 (safety cables included)
- Demco SBS Stay-IN-Play DUO Supplemental Braking System # SM99251
- Roadmaster 4-Diode Universal Wiring Kit for Towed Vehicles # RM-152-1676-7

The great thing about the Blue Ox Avail is that it comes with safety cables included. Also, the arms come with a swivel function that makes for an easy connection even on uneven ground and simply slides into your RV's hitch receiver without the need of a hitch ball. In addition, you will also receive the proportional action of the SBS Stay-IN-Play which applies your F-150's brakes at the same level that you apply the brakes to your RV. With this system, there is no time delay for brake activation. With the diode kit, this will allow you to connect your RV's tail, brake, and turn signal lights to your F-150's lighting system. I went ahead and linked videos for you to check out about all of these parts.

As with all flat-towing applications, it is important to consult with your vehicle's owner's manual in order to make sure that you read over all additional guidelines and tips.
