Comparing SumoSprings Solo and Rebel Helper Springs For a 2019 Ford F-150
Question:
I bought the SumoSprings SSR-117-47 but have not installed them yet. I was wondering what are the differences compared to the SumoSprings Rebel SS95QR. I see that one is 1500lb and the other 3000lb. My application is a dump trailer with about 1000lb tongue weight. Which would be better for sag control? Which has a better ride when trailer is not being used?

The 3,000lb SumoSprings Rebel Custom Helper Springs # SS95QR will provide more support to reduce the amount of sag that you are having with your dump trailer.
Both the Rebel and 1,500lb SumoSprings Solo Custom Helper Springs # SSR-117-47 will perform similarly when your vehicle is not loaded or hauling your trailer. This is due to the progressive tension of the springs. The springs will start off softer and progressively become more stiff as the spring compresses.
With your trailer having a 1,000lbs of Tongue weight I recommend the Rebel Springs as being the better option for your F-150. These will provide better support for the load when you are driving.
