How Does the Timbren Front Suspension Enhancement System Install On a 2006 Ford F-150

06 f150 does not have full axle has independent suspension how does this work for the front end? Lets see pictures

The Timbren Front Suspension Enhancement System part # TFF150F which is a fit for a 2006 Ford F-150 installs between the frame and lower control arm. I have attached a photo below to show this. When weight is placed on the front of the truck like a plow, the coil springs will compress bringing the frame and control arm closer together which in this case would make the rubber spring/overload come into contact with the control arm preventing further compression of the coil spring.
