Would the Timbren System # TDDR052 Work Well in a 2005 Dodge Dakota Towing a 7,000 lb Boat
Question:
My 2005 Dodge Dakota is rated up to 7000 lbs towing so I am not sure if the 6000 lb limit on the Timbrens are sufficient for what I am pulling. Travel trailer loaded would be around 6400lb. I do use a Weigh distribution hitch and sway bar, but need more support for my suspension. when driving over 60. Thanks.

The 6,000 lb capacity of the Timbren Rear Suspension Enhancement System # TDDR052 refers to vertical weight in the bed of your truck. This system would have plenty of capacity to work for your 2005 Dodge Dakota towing a 7,000 lb trailer.
This should help you stabilize everything at highway speeds, but you should note that trailer tires are all rated at 65 miles per hour as their max unless otherwise stated.
I attached installation instructions for this product for you to check out also.
