2014 Scamp RV, 16, can I replace my 3500 pound torsion axle with a Timbren axleless system?

Yes, you can replace a 3,500 lb torsion axle with a Timbren Axle Less kit like the part # ASR35HDS02 that you referenced. This kit will have a lift of 4 inches built into it and has a slightly wider distance between the hub face and the trailer frame to allow for better clearance for wider off-road tires. Basically this just attaches directly to the trailer frame directly.
