Yes, the Hollywood Racks Spare Tire Bike Rack, # HRSR2, will allow you to carry 2 bikes with your 2004 Jeep Wrangler. This bike rack is easy to install, but you will have to remove your rear mounted spare tire to install the bike rack. You will not have to remove the spare tire each time you want to remove or reinstall the bike rack. The benefit of this type of installation is that the bike rack cannot be easily stolen from your vehicle. I have attached an installation video of this bike rack for you to check out.

Another spare tire bike rack that you may be interested in is the Hollywood Racks bike rack, # HRSR1. This bike rack slides over the spare tire and does not require you to remove the spare tire each time. The downside to this rack is that it could be easily removed when you are away from your vehicle. Keep in mind, this rack fits tires up to 15 inches wide.

If you plan on carrying any womens, childrens or alternative frame bikes, I recommend picking up the Bike Frame Adapter Bar, # HRBA-PRO.
