The Dexter Nev-R-Adjust Electric Trailer Brake Kit # 23-468-469 is a great option as you will not have to manually adjust the brakes when you install them or every 3,000 miles after installation. This kit includes both the left and right brake assemblies for one axle so remember to get 2 kits as you have tandem axles.
I do recommend using Deka Heat Shrink Butt Connectors # DW05745-10 when you wire in the new brake assemblies as these will help keep the wiring from developing corrosion.
