Depth of Studs on License Plate Light
Question:
How far do the light fixture studs protrude past the license bracket? This will be mounted flush against the door of a 1992 Kiefer Built two stall horse trailer. The existing light fixture doesnt work and is riveted along with the license bracket to the door. I only need to replace the light fixture, but dont see any alternatives with 1-3/4 centers flush mount.

The Stud Mount Trailer License Plate Light with Steel License Plate Bracket, item # LP55CB, does not have studs protruding from the back of the light. This item is meant to be flush mounted with the two holes on each side of the lamp housing that are 3-1/2 on center.
We do have one replacement License Plate Light, item # LP55CB, that has 3/4 inch long studs protruding from the back of the light housing. the studs are 1-3/4 inches on center. This item does not include the license plate bracket.
