The tire chains that I recommend for the 235/60-18 tires on your 2022 Honda CR-V are the Konig K-Summit XXL # TH02230K66 because they will give you the absolute best clearance possible.

When I looked up the online owner's manual for your vehicle, Honda took extra time to let the user know that the chains need to be tight and to check for clearance at the back of the tire for brake lines and other things that may be getting in the way. Since the K-Summit chains only sit on the front and treads of the tire this means you won't have to worry about that clearance at the back of the tire at all.
