For your 2022 Toyota Sienna I recommend the Draw-Tite Max-Frame Trailer Hitch Receiver # DT55MR because this is the only trailer hitch offered for your vehicle that does not require trimming the fascia to reattach to the vehicle.
If you need wiring as well, I recommend the T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness # TK69FR. This kit is extremely easy to install and simply plugs into your factory wiring harness, no cutting or splicing.
