When installing a new suspension system like the Roadmaster Comfort Ride Shock Absorbers for Tandem Axle Trailers # RM-2460 you mention, it is not required but a good idea to replace your old U-Bolts. Reason being that, any bolt, of any grade, when torqued, stretches. The better the grade the less it stretches, and I'm assuming manufacturers aren't using the top grade. That being said, when you look at how the suspension system is designed, there is 4 U-Bolts holding the axle, to the springs, to the vehicle. So, they do play a pretty important role , and I personally would just replace them.

Since you have a triple axle trailer, you will need the Add-On Kit for Triple Axle Trailers # RM-2460-50
