Is There Anything to Reduce Play with 5th Wheel Trailer and Hitch

Question:

A dealer told me to check with Pull Right for a sliding 5th wheel kit #2710 to help with noise and play in my hitch. Can you direct me to this kit and advise me on anything else that will help with the play in my hitch. Thank You.

I do have an option to help reduce noise via chucking and jarring but play between truck and trailer comes down to the jaws of the fifth wheel hitch and trailer king pin. There isn't anything to reduce play here save for a new hitch, some hold a tighter grip than others therefore reducing play more. If you don't want to swap hitches then a cushioned pin box may be an option for you like the Trailair Flex Air 5th Wheel Pin Box part # LC328492 (Fits Lippert 1621). If you can confirm the pin box on the trailer now I'd be happy to verify fit.

Unfortunately, we do not carry Pull Rite products and I was not able to find any info on the part number you provided.
