The Valterra Flexible Tank Wand for RV Black-Water Tank # A01-0187VP was designed to just drop right into the black tank so you will most likely not be able to use it to get through your vacuum style system. Trying to run it through the toilet and then through the vacuum would be quite challenging. The only way it would work is if you had another access hole to the tank or if you ran it up through the dump tube opening of the tank. This way would be quite messy but would give you more of a clear shot to the tank.
