Replacement Mounting Hardware for Thule Adventurer to Fit Yakima RailBars
Question:
Hello, I have an old Thule Adventurer with a 2inch U-clamp. Id like to mount it on a set of Yakima RailBars, but the U bolt is not wide enough to fit around the Yakimas. Is there a way I can get the Adventurer mounted to these crossbars? Thanks

The Replacement QM3 - Quick Mount Hardware - for Adventurer Cargo Box # TH04997 has brackets with mounting holes that measure 4" center to center.
It sounds like you have the Yakima crossbars which measure 3-1/2" wide. Based on this information, you will be able to mount the Thule Adventurer on your rack if you use the Replacement quick mount hardware.
