Troubleshooting A Comm Error On Lippert Ground Control 3.0

Question:

i recently replaced my batteries on my 2102 drv elite suites rv . when i tried to level the rv the control panel reads not communicating. how can i troubleshoot to determine if it is the panel or maybe a loose connection. i took pictures before i replaced the batteries and i made sure all the cables went back like they came off. i am on a fixed income and dont want to replace the panel and have the same problem

The reason the touch panel on your Lippert Ground Control 3.0 # LC358590 is reading "Comm Error" is because there is an error between the controller and the touch pad. You need to check your wiring to ensure its correct and not damaged. If it is damaged it cannot be repaired and must be replaced.
