How to Determine if Car Will Fit Garage With Thule Vector Alpine Cargo Box Mounted

Hi do you have the total height from the ground to top of box on a 2017 Ford Explorer? Am trying to determine if I could drive in my garage with box on. Any insight is appreciated. Thx!

It's pretty easy to determine if a low-profile rooftop cargo box will fit in your garage when mounted on your 2017 Ford Explorer, as all you need to do is take a quick measurement. The lowest-profile available cargo box is from Thule and measures 12-1/2 inches from the top of the crossbar to the top of the cargo box:

So for the # TH613501, all you need to do is measure the distance from the ground to the top of your crossbars, and add 12-1/2 inches. If that distance is lower than the height of your garage you can safely drive in with the cargo box on.
