I have a few recommendations based on whether you have the OEM puck system on your 2022 GMC Sierra 2500 long bed.
If you have the OEM puck system then I recommend going with the Curt PowerRide 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch # C36WR because it is one of the nicest hitches on the market and is currently (December 2021) the only one rated up to 30,000 lbs. That weight limit is pushing it for trucks right now, but the way everything is trending you'll be able to get good use out of this hitch for years to come and not have to worry about upgrading the 5th wheel hitch if you end up getting a bigger 5th wheel and truck.
If you don't have the OEM pucks then I recommend going with the B&W setup which includes the gooseneck hitch # BWGNRK1020 and the Companion 5th Wheel # BWRVK3500. The Companion is one of the best hitches on the market and has been proven time and again that it has excellent quality. My favorite thing about this setup is that when you aren't towing you'll have a clean and clear bed for hauling cargo.
For the non-OEM puck setup I also recommend grabbing an in-bed 7-Way like the Curt # C56070 which will make connecting your 5th wheel wiring much easier.
