Can The Valterra RV Water Tank # R8060 Be mounted On Its Side

Question:

Hi, can this tank be mounted on its side? Id glue in a fill/vent port to the top surface once installed So the height would be 8inch and the width 16? Thanks for your help!

Yes, the Valterra RV Water Tank - Non-Toxic - ABS Plastic # R8060 can be mounted on its side. It has 3 ports on each side that can be punched out to give you multiple hookup options but you can definitely make your own. This tank should only be used as gravity fed or with a hand pump. It should not be used with electric water pumps.
