Can Carefree RV Awning be Converted to Electric
Question:
The awning is five years old. That is the only redeeming value here. The arms are fairly beat up. I think the tube is ok. Does it make sense to convert it? Thanks. Where do I find a model number?

You can pretty easily convert your Carefree awning to a powered setup with the Solera 12V Power RV Awning Conversion Kit # LC434724 which has been confirmed to work with Carefree setups. Since your roller and fabric is in good shape this allows you to save some money since you wouldn't have to buy those again.
