Question:
Can a front hitch be put on and still have the skid plate? If so what one would I order for a 2016 TRD PRO?

The Draw-Tite Front Mount Trailer Hitch Receiver part # 65074 is a fit for a 2016 Toyota 4Runner TRD Pro but you will need to remove the front skid plate prior to installation due to the trailer hitch design. There are no options to retain the skid plate so you will either need to remove this or modify how you see fit for a front mount hitch installation.
