5th Wheel Trailer Hitch Installation Kit for a 2005 Dodge Ram 1500 Short Bed and RBW Lil Rocker

i have a 2005. dodge ram 1500 quad cab 4x4 short bed with big horn package. do they make a rail system for the rbw lil rocker that would be easily removed for flat bed use it also is a short bed

The RBW Lil Rocker 5th wheel trailer hitch will fit in standard above the bed rails from Reese, Curt, or Husky. The hitch can easily be removed from the rails but the rails will permanently be in the truck bed. The rails will only be minimally invasive though and it should work out well for you.

For a 2005 Dodge Ram 1500 Quad Cab short bed I recommend the semi-custom installation kit # RP30035-023. There will only be minimal drilling to install this hitch (when compared to a universal installation kit) so installation time is estimated at 4 hours.
